Role Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and Store Management skills to ensure efficient daily operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to minimize risks and maintain store profitability
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to handle challenges effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
