Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Store Manager located in Damoh. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage the team of staff members. Responsibilities include monitoring sales activities, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Store Manager will also drive staff engagement, address customer inquiries effectively, and ensure the store meets sales and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating an excellent shopping experience.
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational efficiency and security.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities to motivate and develop staff.
- Good understanding of retail operations and sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the retail industry and familiarity with consumer electronics is a plus.
