Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Pune City. This is a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff for optimal performance, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving sales growth. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all customers.
• Store Management expertise and Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to oversee operations effectively and maintain profitability.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead a team, handle customer concerns, and represent the brand positively.
• Proven ability to strategize and achieve sales targets while minimizing overhead costs.
• Prior experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
