Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Patna. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring effective customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and facilitating retail loss prevention strategies. They will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns, implementing store policies, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills to effectively oversee and manage store operations
- Excellent skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Effective Communication skills for leading teams and engaging with customers
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional results
- Experience in retail management is preferred, with knowledge of inventory control and staff supervision
- Ability to work in an on-site, dynamic retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
