Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, drive customer satisfaction through effective service strategies, manage inventory and implement retail loss prevention measures, and guide team members to meet sales and operational goals. The Store Manager will create a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring high standards in retail excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Excellent Communication abilities for team collaboration and customer interactions.
- Experience in Store Management to manage operations, sales, and team performance.
- Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention methods to safeguard inventory and reduce losses.
- Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills to handle daily challenges effectively.
- Prior experience in the retail or jewellery industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
