Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Korba. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage inventory, maintain retail loss prevention strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include organizing staff activities, addressing customer queries or concerns, and ensuring the store meets its operational, financial, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory control and operational oversight
• Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention
• Effective leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in retail or store management roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
