Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Noida. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols, tracking store performance, monitoring expenses, and handling retail loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and address customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Store Management to oversee operations, staff, inventory, and sales strategies.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and team members clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and maintain security in the store.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities to lead and mentor store staff successfully.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
- Previous experience in retail or store management is preferable.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
