Role Overview
We’re looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership of daily store operations, ensure smooth inventory flow, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
• Handle inventory, stock movement, and record-keeping
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and maintenance of equipment
• Monitor inward/outward material and vendor coordination
• Maintain store discipline and operational standards
• Support walk-in customers and internal teams
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in store management / inventory / warehouse roles
• Experience in manufacturing, equipment, or retail industry preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems / Excel / ERP
• Ability to manage teams and multitask
