Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and ensuring that visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards. This role involves actively engaging with customers, addressing queries, and guiding them through the custom and ready-made product ranges to deliver a personalized shopping experience. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, manage inventory, handle cash and billing procedures, and implement retail loss prevention measures. The role also includes coaching and training team members, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with management to achieve store targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a personalized retail experience.
- Effective Communication abilities to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory control, and daily operations in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred, especially in premium or customization-focused brands.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Jaipur, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to meeting sales and performance targets.
- Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management, business, or a related field is beneficial.
