Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing retail best practices, and ensuring store profitability. The role also involves hiring, training, and managing store staff, overseeing customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing store performance analytics. Encouraging teamwork, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing potential retail loss issues are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to drive operational excellence and profitability.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver superior shopping experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle store operations efficiently.
- Experience in retail, grocery, or operations management is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
