Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies for store growth. The role involves fostering a positive shopping experience, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and branding. Collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in retail operations, sales management, and inventory control
- Experience in customer relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and attention to detail in maintaining store aesthetics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and sales performance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel, is highly desirable
