**📈 Sales & Growth**
• Drive store revenue and achieve targets
• Improve conversion rate & average bill value (ABV)
• Promote premium fabrics & tailoring services
**✨ Premium Customer Experience**
• Handle high-value clients with professionalism
• Build repeat and referral clientele
• Resolve issues related to fit, delivery & quality
**⚙️ Store Operations & Process Building**
• Create and implement SOPs from scratch
• Ensure reporting accuracy & operational discipline
• Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) & store hygiene
**✂️ Tailoring & Order Management**
• Ensure accurate measurements and fittings
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with karigars/tailors seamlessly
**👥 Team Leadership**
• Train, manage, and motivate staff
• Monitor individual performance
• Build a strong, disciplined team culture
