Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager position located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, maintain customer satisfaction, ensure high-quality customer service, manage inventory, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members, strategic planning, and compliance with company policies to ensure a smooth and successful store environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional experiences for customers
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience in Store Management, including inventory oversight and day-to-day store operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure operational integrity
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Analytical and organizational skills to ensure efficient store performance
- Previous experience in retail or food-related services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
