Role Description The Store Manager role at Baazar Style Retail Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Tangla. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, managing visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The Store Manager ensures excellent customer service, addresses customer concerns, and implements initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The position also involves monitoring shrinkage, supporting retail loss prevention measures, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with regional leadership on store performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and create a positive shopping experience.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and management, and to provide direction and feedback to staff.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, merchandising, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to monitor store activities, reduce shrinkage, and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
- Relevant experience in retail store operations or team leadership, preferably in fashion or value retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in retail management or a related field is an advantage.
