Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odisha, India, for a Commercial Manager at Arundhati Jewellers. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing financial and commercial data, developing business plans, managing contracts, and optimizing operational strategies to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include leading and managing teams, negotiating agreements with partners and vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and market regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities
- Experience in leading and managing teams effectively
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation
- Familiarity with the jewellery or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Odisha, with travel across store locations as required
