Arcons Infrastructures & Constructions is hiring for an NHAI highway road project in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
Position: Store Manager
Location: Project Camp Office, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Industry: Construction / Highway Infrastructure
Joining: Immediate preferred
We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge with hands-on experience in construction/highway project stores. The candidate should be able to independently manage material receipt and issue, stock records, reconciliation, and coordination with the purchasing, accounts, mechanical, and site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt and issue of steel, diesel, shuttering material, aggregate, and other site materials
- Maintain PO, GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and supporting documents
- Track material consumption, stock levels, shortages, damages, and pending supplies
- Carry out timely reconciliation of steel, diesel, aggregate, shuttering material, and other site inventory
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, project, mechanical, and execution teams
- Support physical stock verification and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction/infrastructure store operations
- Must have worked in construction/highway project stores
- Strong experience in steel, diesel, shuttering material, aggregate stock, purchase coordination, and inventory control
- Knowledge of PO, GRN, store issue, stock reconciliation, and site documentation
- Experience with N-Way ERP will be preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel/ERP preferred
- Strong record-keeping, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Honest, disciplined, and comfortable working at a project site
