Job Description:

. Upon receiving store target, take debriefing from ARM on expectations, have a meeting with all the staff in the store and talk about strategy for the month.

. Control inventory & ensure it does not exceed monthly sale.Updating oneself with all the current offers and promotions running and informing the staff about the same

. Discussing performance of staff and maintaining a report for the same

. Timely arrangement of stocks in store

. Following the complete DOA process

. Preparation & maintenance of GDV reports

. Ensuring CRT procedure for Mac sale is followed

. Make an audit report every week and submit to your superior

. Preparation & maintenance of Dashboard reports

. Ensuring leave policy compliance by the staff. Managing Leave approvals

. Ensuring few daily reports are updated on Workplace . Coming to the store on time.

. Maintenance of staff & store hygiene

. Planning of staff for the store each day. Organising the products in the store as per planogram

. Ensuring better performance of the store

. Resolving customer complaints/query regarding sales and services . Take care of the petty cash in the store and keep a record of it always.

. Maintenance of records for End of Day Sale

. Approvals from the Management

. Timely submission of Invoice to Head Office

. Approvals for any transfer or discount from the management . Maintaining Google sheets of customer enquiries and pipeline customers on all products or service Maintenance & submission of Sales reports

. Maintenance & submission of monthly reports

. Grooming of staff on a regular basis

. Checking demo content on a daily basis

. Preparing & maintaining Target Achievement reports.

. You are responsible for corporate sales.

. Better demonstration of products to customers, for easier decision making

. Ensuring proper movement of stocks

. Understanding all sorts of competition

. Ensuring the devices are fully charged & organised.

. Ensuring the CCTV is up & running for security . Ensuring safe handling of all transactions
