Hiring: Store Manager

At Anjani Closures Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to manage end-to-end store operations and support smooth production flow.
🔑Key Responsibilities:- Handle receipt, storage & issue of materials (RM, PM, consumables & finished goods)
- Maintain accurate stock records (ERP / Excel / registers)
- Ensure FIFO implementation to avoid expiry & dead stock
- Monitor stock levels & raise Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Coordinate with Purchase team for PO follow-ups & deliveries
- Manage material receipt (PO, invoice, challan verification + GRN entry)
- Work with QC/Production for quality inspection
- Issue materials against approved MR (Material Requisition)
- Conduct stock audits & reconciliation regularly
- Handle shortage/excess stock and maintain proper control
- Track and reduce slow-moving / dead stock
- Process vendor bills (PO + GRN matching) with Accounts
- Maintain proper documentation & records
- Ensure store safety & compliance
- Support audits and cross-functional coordination
✅ Requisite Skills:- Experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FIFO, GRN, PR, PO processes
- Hands-on with ERP systems & MS Excel
- Good communication & coordination skills
- High responsibility, discipline & ownership mindset

Qualification:Graduate (Commerce / Operations preferred)
