Role Description
The Store Manager role at Airtel is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will oversee operational efficiency, supervise staff, and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with retail policies, managing inventory, and monitoring sales targets. Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service best practices
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Experience in Store Management and setting operational efficiencies and goals
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to ensure asset protection
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving sales targets
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a retail environment is highly beneficial
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
