Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics.
- Oversee the logistics of shipment processing with a focus on speed and accuracy (moving product efficiently from "truck to floor").
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of staff members to achieve business objectives.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Note: Candidates with Manufacturing background will be considered.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ B.E
- Experience - 15 Years and above
- Preferred experience: Toys industry
