Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Thrissur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring store performance, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and providing exceptional service to customers. The role requires fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail operations
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and team members
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention measures and techniques
- Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to train and motivate staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail or store management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
