Job Title: Store Manager

Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA
Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Store Manager for luxury retail brands across multiple categories. The role involves managing high-value store operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store revenue and achieve monthly/annual sales targets
- Manage high-value business (₹50–60 lakhs or above)
- Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury client experience
- Oversee daily store operations, staff management, and inventory control
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clientele
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and professional personality
- Experience in handling high-end/luxury customers
- Ability to manage and drive high-revenue stores
Preferred Profile:
Candidates from premium or luxury retail brands will be preferred
