Job Summary:
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing overall store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. The candidate must have working knowledge of SAP, especially in GRN (Goods Receipt Note) / GRM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inward and outward material movement.
- Prepare and process GRN in SAP against Purchase Orders.
- Verify materials with Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.
- Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO system.
- Ensure proper material storage and housekeeping.
- Handle rejection, return materials, and documentation.
- Prepare daily / weekly stock reports for management.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP – MM Module (GRN Entry, Material Movement, Stock Transfer)
- Good understanding of manufacturing store procedures
- Knowledge of inventory control methods
- Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Office)
- Good communication skills

- Experince
- Minimum 4 - 8 years Experience
