Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for retail or hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end store operations including sales, staff management, inventory, and customer service
• Drive store sales targets and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards
• Manage, train, and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and performance
• Monitor visual merchandising standards and ensure brand guidelines are followed
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze store performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
• Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of sales metrics and retail KPIs
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Apparel / Cosmetics / Luxury Retail / QSR / Hospitality chains
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
• Strong visual merchandising sense (for retail roles)
• Grooming and presentation skills (especially for premium brands)
