Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager – Offline Retail, based in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store performance, monitoring inventory, implementing retail strategies, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines, including retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves fostering a positive shopping experience, coaching and motivating team members, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to efficiently handle operations and maintain profitability
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
  • Prior experience in offline retail management, especially in luxury or lifestyle brands, is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field is preferred
