SkinBae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and education-led marketing. We operate across D2C, marketplaces, and offline retail. Our store in Gurgaon is a key part of how we bring the SkinBae experience to life in person.
Role Overview
This role is about leading the day-to-day operations of our Korean beauty retail store at Felix Plaza, Gurgaon. You will own sales performance, customer experience, team management, and store operations end to end — ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably every single day.
What You Will Own
- Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensuring every walk-in is attended, guided, and converted
- Building routines and upselling to increase basket size and average bill value
- Managing, training, and motivating store staff
- Maintaining inventory levels and coordinating replenishment
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Executing in-store promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Delivering high-quality skin consultations and product recommendations
- Capturing customer data and driving WhatsApp opt-ins for retention
- Maintaining smooth store opening and closing procedures
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or retail store management
- Strong understanding of customer handling and sales conversion
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working on the floor
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or lifestyle retail preferred
- Someone who can drive sales daily, not just manage operations
- Strong people manager with attention to detail and passion for customer experience
