We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to lead our luxury retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and managing overall store operations while upholding premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales & Business Growth:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, maximize store profitability, and build strong relationships
with high-value customers.
- Customer Experience Excellence:
Ensure a seamless and premium in-store experience, handle customer concerns effectively, and
maintain high service standards.
- Store Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of the store, and maintain visual
merchandising, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Inventory & Stock Control:
Manage stock levels, conduct audits, minimize shrinkage, and ensure secure handling of high-value
products.
- Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and train the store team to enhance performance, product knowledge, and selling
skills.
- Financial Management & Reporting:
Monitor store P&L, control expenses, and provide regular MIS reports on sales, inventory, and
customer metrics.
Requirements- 7–8 years of experience in retail
- Minimum 3–4 years as a Store Manager
- Mandatory experience in luxury retail/apparel
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills
- Open to relocation within Odisha
