💼 Role Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager who can drive sales, lead a motivated team, and deliver a premium in-store experience. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, achieving sales goals, ensuring top-notch visual merchandising, and maintaining a customer-first environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high visual & hygiene standards.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through strong retail strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team for consistent performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with product demos and support.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and head office for smooth operations.
🎯 Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in luxury retail, lifestyle, consumer durables, or large format retail.
- Strong leadership, communication & sales skills.
- Graduate (Retail Management certification is a plus).
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and local language (Telugu or Hindi preferred).
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
💰 CTC: ₹3.6 L – ₹4.0 L per annum
