Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Borivali East. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, managing staff, handling customer queries, maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth store performance. The role requires someone who can take ownership, improve efficiency, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shop operations
- Supervise staff and maintain discipline
- Handle customer service and sales inquiries
- Manage stock, billing, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and deliveries
- Ensure shop cleanliness and organization
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support business growth and repeat customers
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in shop/store/retail management
- Good understanding of operations and inventory management
- Leadership skills and team supervision experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive parts knowledge preferred
- Hindi / Marathi speaking preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
