Store Manager + Content Creator
📍 Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

What You'll Do🏬 Store Operations & Management- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Ensure the store is always organized, presentable, and aligned with the Zykaz brand image.
📦 Stock & Inventory Management- Manage stock levels, inventory tracking, and replenishment.
- Coordinate inward and outward stock movement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
🤝 Customer Experience & Relationship Management- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide styling guidance.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.
📈 Sales & Business Growth- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions and customer retention.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
📢 Marketing & Brand Support- Assist in executing in-store promotions and local marketing activities.
- Coordinate outdoor marketing initiatives, collaborations, and events.
- Support campaigns that increase footfall and brand awareness.
🎥 Content Creation & Social Media- Shoot engaging product photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content inside the store.
- Capture customer interactions, new arrivals, styling videos, and campaign content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content aligned with brand goals.
- Stay updated with trends to create relatable and high-performing social media content.
Who We're Looking For- Experience in retail, fashion, sales, or store operations is preferred.
- Comfortable being behind the camera and occasionally in front of it.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, content trends, and smartphone photography/video creation.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of taking ownership.
- Passion for fashion and premium fabrics is a huge plus.
Bonus Points If You Have- Experience managing apparel or fashion retail stores.
- Skills in basic video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot.
- Experience in visual merchandising or local marketing activities.
