Job Title: Store & Logistics Executive
Job Summary
Responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Exprience : 1 to 2 years in stores dept in manufacturing industry with SAP knowledge is must
Key Responsibilities
Store / Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of stock (inward & outward)
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and documentation
Logistics Coordination
- Plan and coordinate dispatch of goods
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and suppliers
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Optimize transportation routes and costs
- Handle returns and damaged goods processes
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise loading/unloading activities
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions
