We’re hiring a STORE LEAD at No Nasties for our Bengaluru & Goa store.
We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in fashion / apparel retail who knows how to:
- create a warm, high-quality customer experience
- lead a store floor and team with confidence
- represent a brand with both style and substance and sustainability
- drive sales and targets
This role needs someone who is commercially sharp, customer-forward, target-led, and genuinely good with people.
Retail fashion experience is a must.
A strong styling instinct or experience in a premium / lifestyle brand would be a big plus.
We are not looking for a passive store manager type. We’re looking for someone who can really own the floor.
