Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Inventory Maintenance Associate to oversee inventory operations at our Delhi store. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory movement, ensuring smooth backend operations, and supporting the store team with timely replenishment and stock coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, operationally strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture is a strong plus.
Location: New Delhi
Compensation: ₹30,000/- in hand (Fixed)
Working Days: 6 Days Working. Sat-Sun Compulsory. 1 Day off between Mon-Fri as per convenience.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Stock Control
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations including stock inwarding, transfers, returns, and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate stock records across physical inventory and inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support audit processes.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability on the floor.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for smooth stock movement.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shrinkage issues.
Store Operations
- Ensure proper organization and storage of products in the stockroom.
- Maintain tagging, barcoding, and product handling standards.
- Support backend operations including stock receiving and inventory updates.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and safety standards.
- Assist with POS inventory updates and backend processes.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Support store staff during launches, weekends, and high-footfall periods.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising and operations teams for stock availability.
Loss Prevention & Compliance
- Monitor inventory handling to minimize stock loss and damage.
- Maintain records and documentation related to inventory movement.
- Ensure secure handling of high-value and limited-edition products.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, store operations, or retail backend operations.
- Prior retail experience in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or apparel is preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and stock management processes.
- Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Interest in sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture is a plus.
