Role Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Store Incharge in an on-site, full-time capacity, based in Mumbai. The Store Incharge will manage daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, implement retail loss prevention strategies, and oversee the overall performance of the store. The role also involves maintaining an organized inventory, supervising staff, and addressing customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships and leading a team
- Ability to manage organizational tasks and streamline workflows effectively
- Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Mumbai
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is advantageous
