The Store Incharge is responsible for managing site materials, inventory control, inward and outward movement of construction materials, and maintaining accurate stock records to support uninterrupted project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials as per PO and delivery challans.
Maintain proper storage, stacking, and preservation of materials at site stores.
Issue materials against approved material requisition notes (MRN).
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Maintain stock registers, GRNs, bin cards, and inventory reports.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping within the store area.
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and logistics teams.
Track consumables, tools, and equipment movement
