Role Description The Store Incharge role at SUGS LLOYD LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock receipt and issuance, and proper storage of materials and equipment. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials, and implementing store policies and procedures. The Store Incharge monitors stock levels, conducts regular audits to minimize losses, and ensures compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. This position also includes managing vendor interactions related to deliveries, supporting internal stakeholders with material requirements, and contributing to efficient, cost-conscious store management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including inventory tracking, stock handling, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to respond to internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, with a focus on minimizing shrinkage, preventing theft, and maintaining control over materials.
- Relevant experience in store or warehouse operations within engineering, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications and inventory management software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
- A diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
