Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Barabanki, responsible for overseeing daily store operations. This includes managing inventory levels, supervising stock movement, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The Store Incharge will monitor staff performance, coordinate schedules, and support team members in delivering high-quality customer service. The role involves maintaining store cleanliness and organization, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and handling customer inquiries or issues efficiently. The Store Incharge will also assist in sales reporting, basic documentation, and adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory handling and daily operational oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail or store supervision is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Barabanki and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
