Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gondal for a Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, manage stock inventory, ensure compliance with retail policies, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. The role includes monitoring retail loss prevention, maintaining accurate records, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and inventory management
- Ability to lead a team and take responsibility for store performance
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
