Role Description
The Store Incharge will manage daily operations of the store to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient inventory control. Responsibilities include overseeing store management activities, ensuring timely stocking and replenishment, coordinating loss prevention measures, and addressing customer service needs effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills to manage store operations effectively
- Ability to maintain organized inventory systems and attention to detail
- Prior experience in retail or store management is an advantage
- Familiarity with inventory management software is desirable
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred
