Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory of alloys, components, and related products. The Store Incharge is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper storage, labeling, and dispatch of materials in coordination with production and logistics teams. The role includes monitoring stock levels, managing reorder requirements, and implementing processes to minimize losses and damage. The Store Incharge also handles vendor and internal stakeholder communication, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and supports timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including inventory control, stock audits, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support internal teams and contribute to reliable order fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordination with production, sales, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, with the ability to implement controls to reduce shrinkage, damage, and discrepancies.
- Relevant experience in store or warehouse operations in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage physical inventory handling, and follow safety and quality protocols.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory or ERP software is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
