Job Title: Store Incharge
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, packaging, finished goods)
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper stock rotation practices
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, invoices, stock registers, ERP entries)
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with FMCG standards
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Supervise store staff and ensure efficient task allocation
- Track wastage, damages, and implement loss prevention measures
Skill Required
