Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge at DPSG Ghaziabad, located in Ghaziabad Tehsil. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and orderliness, and managing stock registers. They will handle customer service requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. The role also entails regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills for managing stakeholder expectations and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize losses.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with vendors, staff, and other departments effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work within deadlines.
- Prior experience in store or inventory management is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
