Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Incharge with an AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) background who has hands-on experience in aviation stores and a working knowledge of regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Manage day-to-day operations of aviation stores
2. Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and material traceability
3. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of aircraft parts
4. Maintain documentation as per aviation standards and audit requirements
5. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams
6. Monitor incoming and outgoing materials (GRN, issue slips, etc.)
7. Ensure compliance with CAR-145 and CAR-21 regulations
8. Conduct regular stock audits and discrepancy reporting
9. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for material management
10. Ensure safety and security of store operations
*Qualifications & Requirements*
1. AME Basic Course (Mandatory)
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in aviation stores
3. Basic understanding of CAR-145 & CAR-21 regulations
4. Knowledge of aviation parts, documentation, and traceability
5. Familiarity with inventory management systems / ERP
6. Good communication and coordination skills
7. Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
*Preferred Skills*
1. Experience in DGCA-approved organizations
2. Understanding of aircraft components and materials
3. Ability to handle audits and inspections
