HŌM STUDIO, Bengaluru's premier luxury furniture showroom, is seeking an exceptional Store Head to lead our Sarjapur location.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for design with sales leadership and business management. You'll be the face of our brand, guiding clients through their furniture journey while driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design consultations for high-value clients
* Drive sales and exceed revenue targets
* Manage complete P&L for the showroom
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Oversee showroom operations and team management
* Create exceptional customer experiences
What We're Looking For:
* Strong design sensibility and aesthetic understanding
* Proven sales leadership experience (furniture/luxury retail preferred)
* P&L management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Passion for luxury home furnishings
* Entrepreneurial mindset
