Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive / Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations at our Coimbatore manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, stock reconciliation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
Handle receipt, storage, and issue of materials efficiently
Manage inventory of:
SS & MS raw materials
Casting and forging components
Foundry materials
Consumables and tools
Maintain proper inward/outward records, GRN, stock registers, and documentation
Perform regular stock verification and reconciliation
Coordinate with procurement, production, and vendors for material movement and availability
Ensure proper material identification, storage practices, and store organization
Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining minimum inventory requirements
Update and maintain inventory transactions in ERP systems
Ensure adherence to company procedures and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in store operations within manufacturing industries
Hands-on experience handling raw materials, consumables, casting, foundry, and forging items
Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices
ERP knowledge preferred — experience in Odoo will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively with teams and vendors
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Profile
Candidates from engineering/manufacturing backgrounds preferred
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
