Job Description: Store Executive (FMCG – Namkeen & Snacks Industry)
Position: Store Executive
Industry: FMCG (Namkeen & Snacks)
Location: [Hisar]
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory in Namkeen/Snacks Industry)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward movement of materials.
- Prepare and manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming materials.
- Maintain and regularly update bin cards for all stock items.
- Ensure proper implementation of inventory control methods such as FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out).
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation including invoices, challans, and stock registers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store area.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management (FIFO & LIFO methods).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in maintaining GRN, bin cards, and stock records.
- Good understanding of FMCG store operations, especially in namkeen/snacks industry.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store/warehouse operations in namkeen/snacks or FMCG industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table) is required.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, organized, and disciplined work approach.
- Willingness to handle physical stock and operational tasks.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in food-grade inventory handling and documentation in namkeen/snacks manufacturing units.
