Role Description
This full-time role of Store Executive is based on-site in Mumbai. The Store Executive will oversee daily store operations and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, driving sales, managing in-store displays, and maintaining product knowledge to effectively meet customer needs. The role also involves building strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent retail excellence.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Experience in Retail and Sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets and support store goals.
- A background in Commerce and an understanding of retail business operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in handling store inventory systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.
- Previous experience in home decor or furniture retail is an added advantage.
