Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Store Executive will oversee and manage daily store operations, maintain inventory, and ensure the smooth functioning of the store. Responsibilities include managing stock records, ensuring proper inventory levels, supporting customers with their needs, and collaborating with the sales team to meet objectives. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and efficient store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Retail and Sales operations
- Understanding of Commerce and inventory management processes
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Proficiency in using inventory management tools and software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
- Relevant experience in a similar role; prior experience in the mining or metals sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
