Job Title: Store Executive
Location: Pune
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining store operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of retail management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Implement customer loyalty programs and promotions.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture.
3. Store Operations:
- Manage store inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Implement store policies and procedures.
4. Inventory Management:
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to inform purchasing decisions.
- Manage inventory receipt, storage, and distribution.
5. Loss Prevention:
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock loss and theft.
- Conduct investigations and report incidents.
6. Administration:
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-4 years of retail management experience.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
3. Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in retail software and technology.
4. Certifications: Relevant retail or management certifications (e.g., CRM, CPM).
