We are committed to delivering innovative, high-quality energy solutions to industrial and commercial customers. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Executive to efficiently manage store operations and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, electronic components, battery cells, and finished goods.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock records.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software and MS Excel.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the store area.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of battery cells and electronic components.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Store Management and Inventory Control.
- Experience in GRN, stock reconciliation, material issue, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of FIFO, inventory audits, and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in Electronics, Electrical, Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
